PUBG Hotfix helps fix matchmaking issues, full updates coming next week
Update 22 Player Ranking and select the map, and some technical issues.
Some major changes were made with PUBGUPDATE 22, including (finally) a ranking system, a re-enabled map selection option and quick rows time. It also created a problem with Milcking that resulted in the players being transferred to matches in inappropriate areas.
"The advanced system is intended to send players automatically to the minimum ping provider region, but unfortunately there is an error regarding ping accounts and the player's location is not being detected properly, which is why they are being placed in mills in a region that does not provide the best gameplay experience," PUBG Corp Explained in an update.
"Due to the large number of players affected by this problem, many players' gameplay experience has been negatively affected and we sincerely apologize for this."
A hotfix (locally) will keep the players from connecting with the wrong local area, and the developers will hope to be prepared for the rest of the week for the next week. Once it is live, PUBG will prioritize the local region selection properly and if the players' pools are too small, they will move to the next row, so that they do not get trapped in the row forever.
"We understand that how you enjoy these kinds of problems is very annoying and we apologize for the inconvenience that blames our trusted players". "Through our team information and player feedback, this issue will closely monitor."
